Go-To Summer Makeup Look

Hi everyone! As I'm writing this I am actually on a train in Manchester (what?!) as I am on vacation.

Today's post is all about my go-to summer makeup look that I have been wearing non-stop lately! I hope you like it and let me know what you think about it in the comments section down below!

Products used

I start the makeup look by applying the Rimmel BB Cream all over my face using a beauty blender. I find that BB Cream works the best during the hot summer days. Apart from being lightweight it does not only act as a foundation but it has other benefits for your skin such as a moisturizer and a sunblock! I will then apply my Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder to mattify my foundation application.

I then apply my Maybelline Blush in Peach Pop to give my cheeks a peachy tone. I then follow using the NYX  Highlight and Contour PRO Palette and carve out the hollows of my cheeks VERY lightly. Using the same shade of the contouring I use my fluffy eyeshadow brush and apply that to the outer V of my eyelids to give my eyes some definition; no hassle on which eyeshadow palette I should use because I just picked the same contour shade I used on my cheeks.

I also apply some liquid highlighter using the L'Oreal Perfect Match Highlighter on my cheek bone and fill in lightly my brows (same ritual as always!) using the Essence Quattro Eyeshadow in 05 to die for. 

I then moved on to applying mascara to my top and bottom lashes with the L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Mascara in Extra-Black. And the last step that I always do is moisturize my lips with a regular lip balm. I use the Maybelline Dr.Rescue Baby Lips.
