Everyday Drugstore Makeup Look

Hi everyone! I am finally uploading an everyday drugstore makeup look 💕 It has been requested by so many of you that I decided it's time to do this post. I will link all of the products I used at the end of the post.

Before I get into the post I just want to update you guys quickly. Firstly, at the moment we have a giveaway where you can win a 9-piece brush set by Makeup Studio Malta worth €129. If you'd like to enter you can find all the details here.

Secondly, I am currently planning some upcoming photoshoots for upcoming posts that I'm very excited about. We have some collaborations, a possible giveaway (yes, another one!) and tonnes of new and exciting material coming up. Make sure to follow us on all social media and 'like' our Facebook Page so that you will not miss any of the posts and updates. If you have any suggestions on blog posts title ideas you can either comment down below, send us an email on distortedpriorities@gmail.com or facebook message us! We want to hear from you!

One last thing! We are in the process of thinking on whether we should do a monthly beauty/fashion newsletter where we share with you our monthly favourites, top picks with regards to fashion and beauty, some secret content that will not be featured in our blog, trends, offers on makeup products and fashion items and lots more! If you'd like to give your suggestions on what we can include or if you'd like to subscribe to the newsletter (it's still in the planning process but you'd be the 1st batch to receive the first newsletter) just sign up here!

Enough talking for today! Let's get into the makeup look 💘

On this day I had a busy morning shooting outfit and makeup posts - one of them being this one! Therefore, I wanted my makeup to stay on all day. I first started my morning skin routine (let me know if you'd like to see an updated one) and finished off with my moisturizer. Then I went ahead and applied my Maybelline Instant Pore Eraser Primer. For foundation I used my Rimmel BB Cream in the shade Light. I applied that all over my face using my beauty-blender. For concealer I used the Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Concealer in the shade Light. For all the Maltese readers you can actually get hold of Maybelline products quite easily. There are a couple of shops that sell their products in Malta, however they will not have everything. I usually buy my products from online websites which have very quick delivery and cheap or free delivery. Moving on to mattify my face I used the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder Foundation and went ahead and applied the Maybelline Blush in Peach Pop. This last product, I actually purchased from abroad as well as the concealer so you might not find the exact ones in Malta or online however Maybelline has so many different foundation and concealer products that you're bound to find one you love!

Moving on to my brows I used the usual palette and that is the Essence Quattro Eyeshadow in to die for using the darkest shade to lightly fill in my brows. For eyeshadow I used the same palette (yes, I do use it for something else other than my brows!). I just created a super easy brown smokey eye by applying the two light shades all over my lids and then applying the two darker shades to the outer V of the lid and blending until I have a nice and subtle brown smokey eye.

For mascara I used the Flormar Spider Lash 3 in 1 Mascara and applied that to the top and bottom lashes. For my lips, I simply used the Maybelline Baby Lips in Dr.Rescue because my lips were super chapped that day!

That is all for today's look! Hope you enjoyed it - let me know in the comments below what you think of it 😄

I will see you next week ! X

Take care,
Deborah X
