Catrice 2017/2018 Collection Launch - Overview

A couple of weeks ago I was invited to the Catrice 2017/2018 Collection Launch. I had such an amazing time - met my fellow blogger friends as well as made some new ones. I finally met Janice from The Makeup Mafia - she is an EXCELLENT makeup artist. You should check her out!

During the night we were given a short presentation about the brand and about the newest collection. It was very interesting and I liked the fact that I now know more about the brand. Their newest collection includes so many products so I'm just going to dive into today's post and explain to you what new products you will find on the Catrice's stands as well as reviewing the products I got in my goodie bag from this same collection.

Face

Base & Primer

• Light Correcting Serum Primer - It is a liquid primer with a fine golden shimmer (suitable for all skin types)
• Prime & Fine Mattifying Powder Waterproof - It is a waterproof powder that mattifies the skin for hours and ensures a refined complexion (this is a vegan product)
• Prime & Fine Pore Refining & Anti-Shine Base - It minimizes unwanted shine and visibly refines the pores plus it makes the foundation lasts longer (this is a vegan product)

Makeup Transformers

• Prime & Fine Makeup Transformer Drops Darkening/Prime & Fine Makeup Transformer Drops Lightening- It is used to personalise liquid makeup, it is highly pigmented and has a liquid texture. Different shades can be mixed together (this is a vegan product)

Powder

• Colour Neutralizer Mattifying Powder - It is a colour correcting 'palette' in a pressed powder form with a matte finish (this is a vegan product)

Concealers

• Re-Touch Anti-Dark Circle Concealer - This is a liquid concealer for colour correcting against dark circles under the eyes or small veins. It is moisturizing for up to 18 hours (this is a vegan product)
• Re-Touch Anti-Red Concealer - This is a liquid concealer for colour correcting against red discolourations. It is moisturizing for up to 18 hours (this is a vegan product)
• Re-Touch Brightening Concealer - This is a liquid concealer for colour correcting that ensures a fresh complexion. It is moisturizing for up to 18 hours (this is a vegan product)
• Re-Touch Light-Reflecting Concealer - This product is for radiant eyes and a fresh appearance with its light and creamy texture and light reflecting pigments

Bronzer & Contouring

• Professional Makeup Techniques Face Palette - This is a professional face palette with six powder and two cream textures. It also includes a mirror and a brush
• Sun Lover Glow Bronzing Powder - This is a baked bronzing powder with a silky soft texture and its light reflecting pigments (this is a vegan product)

Eyes

Eyeshadows

• Art Couleurs Collection Palette - This is an empty palette to fill with your favourite shadows. It also comes with an integrated mirror
• Art Couleurs Eyeshadows - These are click-in eyeshadows to fit in the previous mentioned palette. Each eyeshadow has a different effect and it has a highly pigmented powder texture (it is a vegan product) and there are over 15 different shades to choose from

Lipsticks

• Lip Dresser Shine Stylo - This is a lipstick in a click pen that has a subtle glossy finish plus it comes in 4 different shades (this is a vegan product)
• Liquid Lip Powder - Metal Matt - This is  a liquid lip powder with a metallic effect. It has a colour-intensive liquid lipstick texture and it has a powdery finish on the lips + there are 6 different shades!
• Ultimate Matt Lipstick - With 5 shades to choose from this is the ultimate matte lipstick that you NEED to own!! It has a matte effect on the lips with a creamy texture. It also has an intensive coverage (this is a vegan product)
• Volumizing Lip Balm - This is a lip balm with a volume effect and it also has a subtle cooling texture (this is a vegan product)

Lipgloss

• Velvet Matt Lip Cream - This has a velvety matte finish and also has a silky and long lasting texture. It leaves the lips feeling wonderfully pampered!

Nails

• Brown Collection Nail Lacquer - There are 4 shades available. All shades are enriched with acai oil - their coverage is amazing!
• ICONails Gel Lacquer - These shades last up to 7 days without a top coat and are perfect for a gel-shine finish. These are also enriched with acai oil and there are 36 shades to choose from!! This is also a vegan product!
• ICONails Top Coat - This makes the ICONails Gel Lacquer last longer. It seals the colour and enhances the shine (this is a vegan product)
• Silk Matte Top Coat - It gives any colour nail polish a satin-matte finish (this is a vegan product)
